Kevin has performed auditing and tax compliance, represented taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service, provided valuation of closely held business enterprises for purposes of tax proceedings, assisted in mergers and acquisitions of closely held business enterprises, provided litigation support services and business valuations principally resulting from matrimonial proceedings, valuated enhanced earnings capacities for purposes of matrimonial litigation, and provided economic analysis relative to lost economic benefits in wrongful death actions, personal injury actions, and wrongful or discriminatory employment termination actions.
Kevin has appeared and qualified before Justices in the Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Districts, qualified on an as appeared basis in the Second, Third, and Fourth Districts, as well as The Court of Claims and Federal Court for the Northern District of New York.
He has previous affiliations with two of the Big Four accounting firms, Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young, LLP) and Coopers & Lybrand, LLP (now Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP).
Kevin is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He lectures frequently for the New York State Bar Association, the American Academy of Matrimonial Attorneys, and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants with respect to valuation and other economic factors incident to divorce proceedings and other proceedings requiring litigation support on economic issues. Kevin earned his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and his undergraduate degree in Business from Lemoyne College.
